Who we are?

IRSC (Integrated Renewable & Sustainable Communities) is a leading company focusing on developing sustainable infrastructure by building integrated renewable energy systems, developing temperature-controlled value chains, &access to clean waters since 2011.

We use green energy to secure access to clean water for our clients through  pumping & storing underground water, seawater desalination, water treatment, evaporation reduction, and rainwater harvesting solutions.

We develop, build, own and operate utility-scale renewable energy (RE) projects as  well as distributed solar energy projects that generate clean energy for commercial and  industrial sectors.

We make energy, temperature-controlled facilities & water accessible to our clients through developing state of art, efficient, safe and cost-effective integrated solutions that help our clients reach their environmental & sustainable economic development goals.

Andrew is an Egyptian entrepreneur and engineer with 20+ years of experience in establishing new businesses and managing large infrastructure projects in telecom and Renewable Energy in Egypt, Libya & Bangladesh. Pursuing his passion for climate change mitigation, Andrew Daniel founded IRSC in 2011, which specializes in developing sustainable infrastructure projects in Africa, by building integrated renewable energy systems, and temperature-controlled facilities and offering green transportation & water treatment solutions. He is also a partner and board member in leading company in the fields of Metal Forming manufacturing.

Mohamed El-Haddad

Mohamed is a professional renewable engineer, certified in energy management - CEM®️, project management - PMP®️ , and renewable energy - REP™️. With +7 Years of experience, Haddad Worked in providing commercial and contract management support to ensure commercial interests are optimized for the business. A very confident communicator who is resilient to pressure, able to deliver commercial support to project management throughout contract delivery cycles, advising on project control variations and commercial considerations of managing projects. Natural leader and organizer who can multitask whilst managing a complex and high volume of work with a big team. Adept at analyzing figures and harnessing data to maximize performance and profit.

Gerges Sedky

Finance and Administration Director

Gerges is an oriented accounting professional. He has been meeting the accounting needs of corporations and individuals for the past four years. He is currently the Senior Accounting Manager of IRSC, handling large-volume financial services for large corporations. He specializes in preparing assets, liabilities, and capital account management and analysis. As well as analyzing financial options through careful risk and benefit options. With his careful mind as well as careful computational skills, he is able to perform precise auditing tasks, ensuring that financial transactions are accurately represented that lead to long-term trusting relationships.

Amira Osama

Amira is a renewable energy engineer and master's holder with a huge passion for marketing and understanding human psychology. The mix combines the best of the two worlds. Her experience allows her to be fully capable of handling all the technical details while considering cultural, tech adoption, etc issues. Amira is an environmental activist and has supported several businesses fulfill their SDG goals. She is well aware of the dynamic business environment and can connect all the stakeholders successfully to guarantee the best results for the project.

Shahd Ali

Business Development & Investment Analyst

Shahd Joined IRSC as a Corporate Finance Specialist after attaining her master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from the University of Reading. She honed her finance expertise and business acumen through collaboration with teams across diverse industries Including Oil & Gas, agricultural technology, and geoinformation systems. In her current role, she conducts thorough research and analysis on investment opportunities providing valuable insights and recommendations to management.

Nesma Ahmed

Nesma is a passionate and dedicated social worker with over 15 years of experience in creating positive change in people's lives. She has extensive experience working in microfinancing programs, empowering women financially, and improving economic opportunities for women in her community. Nesma has worked for election monitoring programs across Egypt and Lebanon, promoting democratic processes. She participated as an international observer in the Carter Center's international election delegation observation and worked with International NGOs in Egypt. Currently, Nesma is the HR Section Head at IRSC, focusing on creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace.

Mario Mo'nes

Mario is a motivated and passionate electrical engineer with 7 years of experience. Mario is a qualified and experienced Technical Manager who ensures IRSC fast growing Commercial PV division. Who works on large-scale commercial solar PV projects for our prestigious multinational clients such as; Total Egypt, Vodafone, and some of Egypt's largest service providers such as Schneider Hybrid. Ensure electrical installations are carried out to the highest standards.

Mohamed Khalefa

Planning & Project Cost Control Manager

Planning & Project Cost Control Manager

Mohamed is a dedicated electrical engineer with a passion for project management, specializing in planning and cost control, certified in project management (PMP®️), risk management (RMP®️), agile methodology (ACP®️), and contract management (CLAC®️). With +5 years of experience in waterfall and agile project management, noteworthy achievements include the successful handover of prestigious construction projects inside and outside Egypt. Additionally, he has participated in the implementation of prominent solar projects, such as Benban Solar Park. His leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are instrumental in driving project success. With meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.

Heba Farid

Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager

Heba is a certified supply chain professional CSCP from APICS who works as Supply Chain Manager in IRSC. She succeeded in building up a large network of local and international suppliers and service providers in pursuit of creating competition, cost reduction, and innovative solutions. She contributed to the setting and implementation of IRSC new supply chain policies and procedures. Heba had more than 9 years of experience in the supply chain in the cement industry where she had many achievements in boosting export and domestic sales and supporting new market development. Earlier in her career, she was a member of the first national project to design and manufacture the first Egyptian remote sensing satellite executed jointly between Ukrainian and Egyptian Space agencies during which she had her MSc of Engineering in power management for LEO remote sensing satellites.
