Since 2011, IRSC (Integrated Renewable & Sustainable Communities) has been a leading developer of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure, specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and IPP (Independent Power Producer) projects.

We design, build, finance, and operate solar power plants, hybrid energy systems, and microgrids, delivering clean and reliable energy to utilities, commercial & industrial (C&I) clients, and government entities. Company Establishment.

2016

Implementation of the first on-grid solar project in the telecom sector in Egypt (WE-MSC).

2017

Powering up the first petroleum pumpjack pump in Egypt with Solar PV.

2018

Powering up a full rural village in Sinai with PV battery-diesel hybrid system.

2019

Implementation of the first on-grid solar project for Vodafone Egypt.

2020

- COD for IRSC’s first PPA project MCV factory.
- Solarization of 68 Fuel stations with Total Energies Egypt

2021

- Implementing 6MWp project in Dina farms -EBRD first fully funded private PPA PV power plant in Egypt.
- Became the first platinum certified company in Egypt.

2022

- Significant CO27 footprints involved in 10MWp of solar PV power plants.
- Appointed by ENI as the first PV EPC in Egypt to establish a 6MWp PV power Plant in Petrobel

2023

- IRSC aligned with Petrojet to extend Petrobel Phase 1 with 8MWp of new installed capacity to make it the largest Oil Refinery PV Plant in Egypt.

2024

- IRSC secured the first mega scale solarization project for Oriental Weavers and appointed as the main contractor for the SulleX Logistics and Industrial City.

Andrew is an Egyptian businessman who has passion in industrial development, renewable energy, green infrastructure development including green energy production, water treatment, and desalination. Andrew Daniel studied telecommunication engineering and worked in Multinational company as technical project manager managing projects in Egypt, Libya, & Bangladesh. With 20+ years of experience in establishing new businesses; Andrew now is a founder and chairman in leading companies in the fields of Industrial Development, Renewable Energy, International Trading, & Digital Marketing & Technology Enabling.

Mohamed El-Haddad

Mohamed is a professional renewable engineer, certified in energy management - CEM®️, project management - PMP®️ , and renewable energy - REP™️. With +7 Years of experience, Haddad Worked in providing commercial and contract management support to ensure commercial interests are optimized for the business. A very confident communicator who is resilient to pressure, able to deliver commercial support to project management throughout contract delivery cycles, advising on project control variations and commercial considerations of managing projects. Natural leader and organizer who can multitask whilst managing a complex and high volume of work with a big team. Adept at analyzing figures and harnessing data to maximize performance and profit.

Gerges Sedky

Finance and Administration Director

Gerges is an oriented accounting professional. He has been meeting the accounting needs of corporations and individuals for the past four years. He is currently the Senior Accounting Manager of IRSC, handling large-volume financial services for large corporations. He specializes in preparing assets, liabilities, and capital account management and analysis. As well as analyzing financial options through careful risk and benefit options. With his careful mind as well as careful computational skills, he is able to perform precise auditing tasks, ensuring that financial transactions are accurately represented that lead to long-term trusting relationships.

Amira is a renewable energy engineer and master's holder with a huge passion for marketing and understanding human psychology. The mix combines the best of the two worlds. Her experience allows her to be fully capable of handling all the technical details while considering cultural, tech adoption, etc issues. Amira is an environmental activist and has supported several businesses fulfill their SDG goals. She is well aware of the dynamic business environment and can connect all the stakeholders successfully to guarantee the best results for the project.

Shahd Joined IRSC as a Corporate Finance Specialist after attaining her master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from the University of Reading. She honed her finance expertise and business acumen through collaboration with teams across diverse industries Including Oil & Gas, agricultural technology, and geoinformation systems. In her current role, she conducts thorough research and analysis on investment opportunities providing valuable insights and recommendations to management.

Nesma Ahmed

Nesma is a passionate and dedicated social worker with over 15 years of experience in creating positive change in people's lives. She has extensive experience working in microfinancing programs, empowering women financially, and improving economic opportunities for women in her community. Nesma has worked for election monitoring programs across Egypt and Lebanon, promoting democratic processes. She participated as an international observer in the Carter Center's international election delegation observation and worked with International NGOs in Egypt. Currently, Nesma is the HR Section Head at IRSC, focusing on creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace.

Mario is a motivated and passionate electrical engineer with 7 years of experience. Mario is a qualified and experienced Technical Manager who ensures IRSC fast growing Commercial PV division. Who works on large-scale commercial solar PV projects for our prestigious multinational clients such as; Total Egypt, Vodafone, and some of Egypt's largest service providers such as Schneider Hybrid. Ensure electrical installations are carried out to the highest standards.

Heba Farid

Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager

Heba is a certified supply chain professional CSCP from APICS who works as Supply Chain Manager in IRSC. She succeeded in building up a large network of local and international suppliers and service providers in pursuit of creating competition, cost reduction, and innovative solutions. She contributed to the setting and implementation of IRSC new supply chain policies and procedures. Heba had more than 9 years of experience in the supply chain in the cement industry where she had many achievements in boosting export and domestic sales and supporting new market development. Earlier in her career, she was a member of the first national project to design and manufacture the first Egyptian remote sensing satellite executed jointly between Ukrainian and Egyptian Space agencies during which she had her MSc of Engineering in power management for LEO remote sensing satellites.
