This project marks the development of a 14 MWp photovoltaic power plant at the Petrobell Abu Rudeis oil excavation site, the first mega-scale solar installation within Egypt’s oil and gas sector. It is expected to reduce energy consumption at the site by 30% and generate approximately 579,163 MWh of clean energy over the course of 25 years.
