𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐂 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 has signed a landmark 𝟑𝟎-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐏𝐏𝐀 with Arabian Cement Company, 𝐀𝐂𝐂, one of Egypt’s top cement producers and industrial leaders.

The agreement includes the development, financing, construction, ownership, and operation of the second phase of 𝐀𝐂𝐂’𝐬 solar power plant, supplying clean and reliable electricity. With a total capacity of 𝟏𝟕.𝟔 𝐌𝐖𝐩, the plant is expected to generate 𝟑𝟐.𝟓 𝐆𝐖𝐡 annually, significantly reducing 𝐀𝐂𝐂’𝐬 carbon footprint and enhancing energy independence.

The agreement was signed by our 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠. 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥, and 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐂𝐂 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐨 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚, in the presence of key representatives from both sides.
